Abstracts: The International Chiropractors Association recognizes techniques in chiropractic that utilize low force adjustments and soft tissue contacts to achieve structural biomechanical change, dealing with the components of the biomechanical lesion. These include relfex contacts, Logan Basic contacts, specific thrusts and pressures, mechanical adjusting apparatuses, such as Thompson Tables, Gonstead Tables and the Activator device, upon the spine and tissues adjacent to the spine itself.
