Abstract: Objective: To present a case of post-traumatic cervical syndrome involving multiple protrusions of cervical intervertebral discs, successfully treated with conservative instrumental chiropractic adjusting procedures. Discussion includes a review of the relevant literature regarding the possible advantages that instrumental adjustments may have over their manually delivered counterparts in treatment of certain atypical cases.
