Dr. Dennis E. Dilday Dr. Dennis Dilday, a Palmer College graduate, with 23 years’ chiropractic experience has earned both awards and recognition for his expertise and his contributions to his profession and community. In his practice, Dr. Dilday uses chiropractic to help his patients get beyond their physical roadblocks and move ahead with their lives. Dr. Dilday doesn’t stop when the chiropractic adjustment is completed, however; he strongly believes that our health is our own responsibility. He is continually teaching his clients how to take control of their bodies and live healthier lives without pain or the need for repeated “fixing” or adjustment. He teaches his clients spinal hygiene and daily home exercises to prevent relapse and to promote wellness. The Activator Methods Technique is a large part of helping his clients achieve their health goals. Dr. Dilday has been Proficiency Rated in the Activator Method since 1999.
